Company: MIDSTAY launching a new tool: MicePro – an AI-powered SaaS platform for hotels & venues to digitize their MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) sales workflow.
✨ About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team at MicePro. You will play a critical role in scaling our SaaS tool globally, selling into hotels and venues across Asia, Europe, and beyond. This is a high-impact opportunity to join an early-stage startup with strong backing and a proven track record (spun out from Midstay, Asia’s leading team retreat operator).
You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, running demos, negotiating contracts, closing deals and onboarding hotels on Micepro platform.
📌 Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads from inbound and outbound channels.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, closing and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hotel/venue decision-makers (Directors of Sales, MICE Managers, GMs).
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas (ARR-based).
- Collaborate with the product team to feedback client needs and refine the product.
- Represent MicePro in global markets (virtual events, conferences, sales calls across time zones).
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in CRM. (Hubspot)
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or hospitality tech sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to close international accounts and navigate complex sales cycles.
